holistic mama talks about cooking and food as her love language

Let's Get Cookin

On any given day, you can bet you'll find my kitchen a mess, assorted veggies laying around from our garden, some type of sauce on my daughter's face, and my hands smelling like fresh garlic.

To say my love language is food is an understatement. Food brings nourishment, connection, culture, and joy to our lives. I love teaching my daughter how to enjoy food that is both nourishing to the soul and the body.

And I want to share that journey here with you, too. Below are the recipes I've gotten around to writing down (because most of the time I'm a make-it-all- up-as-I-go kind of gal!) I hope you find inspiration and joy in following along!

Note - this picture is NOT my kitchen, this was taken at our AirBnB in Mexico in a dream kitchen <3
