This shared time-honored practice brings grounding, cleansing, and a return to your truest self.
Our infrared sauna heats to ~150°F, melting away stress, easing tension, and supporting detoxification. Plan to spend 15-30 minutes inside and leave feeling warm and lightly sweaty. Two adults may comfortably use the sauna together.
A dip in the cold plunge awakens your senses, boosts circulation, and energizes your body. Expect 30 seconds–4 minutes to emerge fully invigorated!
