Prior to the session I will send you a quick survey inviting you to sit with what our focus for the session should be.
We'll spend a bit of time catching up on what has gone on since we last met, if that feels important to you.
Then we'll dive into a deeper meditation to support you in dropping back in to your own energy and positive coaching mindset.
Finally, we will get hyper focused on the area you are needing the most support in and you'll walk away with a bit of clarity or next action step.
