We will drop in to get hyper-focused on the biggest challenge or block you are currently facing. 

I will bring my training, experience, wisdom, and practices. But most importantly, I will hold space for you to listen to your inner wisdom and help you translate the pieces to bring clarity. 

You will walk away with clarity, at least one action step, a taste for what coaching is like, and an idea if continuing a coaching relationship is right for you, right now.

After your session, I will provide you with notes for next steps and a proposal to continue working together if that fits.
