This in-person half day retreat is for the mama who has been tending her inner landscape—whether you’ve just begun your self-healing journey or have been walking it for years. For the bold mama who makes courageous choices for her family. The mama who pauses to listen to Spirit before moving forward. The multi-passionate mama who needs a moment to center and ground. The mama who knows she’s ready to step fully into her next level of purpose.
Let’s gather together to reflect on the year behind us, honor the growth we’ve experienced, and set sacred intentions for the journey ahead. This circle is a space to slow down, notice the divine in everyday moments, and align with God’s guidance as we step into 2026 with clarity, courage, and curiosity
Arrive at Your Own Pace
Arriving early is encouraged and doors open at 10am. Come and center yourself, embrace the heat of the sauna, take a cold dip, take a walk on our trails or simply be still in nature.
Our Circle Will Begin at 3pm, here's what you can expect:

This circle will gather in person on January 10, 2026, at 3pm. Once you sign up, you will receive an email with the address and specific details, as well as access to optional homework*
This event is lovingly offered at $79 which includes group coaching via WhatsApp leading up to the event + all day access to amenities + refreshments**
*This optional homework is a recorded ritual designed to be completed ahead of our time together to support you in beginning your reflection practice for closing out 2025 - a necessary step before visioning.

I am a homeschooling mama, homemaking wife, National Board-certified Functional Health Coach, mindfulness facilitator, and co-owner of Cassava Acres.
As a coach, I work primarily with mamas offering guidance in supporting body and soul, connecting with intuition, aligned values, and stepping into our innate, purposeful role of feminine leadership.
My role is to connect you with YOUR truth, and then hold you to that truth, until nothing else makes sense.
About the land:
Cassava Acres is a young farm in Lake County, FL, focused on reconnecting with nature, learning and building regenerative and sustainable food systems and nurturing relationships. The name Cassava Acres is an ode to one of our most abundant crops that thrives here in Central Florida, while honoring the symbiotic relationship of humans to plants and the spirit of Cassava Mama, who is said to influence the fertility and life force of the land.
